Buying, Balance & Refunds

This page covers games, applications, DLC and mods sold in the Apeiron store by independent developers. Our own products (such as Rebellion add-ons) are sold under their own pages.

Paying

You pay inside Apeiron: a checkout window by Stripe opens over the launcher, and it closes by itself when the payment goes through. You can save your card there and reuse it next time. The game or add-on appears in your library right away.

By paying you ask for immediate delivery of digital content, and the 14-day right of withdrawal ends once the item is unlocked. Our refund rule below still applies.

Regional prices

You see prices for your region — for example in złoty in Poland, in yen in Japan or in US dollars across Latin America. The region is the country you connect from. Developers set their euro price and can adjust any region. If your region has no price of its own, you pay in euros.

Apeiron balance

The balance is store credit. It is topped up only by gift cards and by refunds you choose to take to the balance, and you can spend it only in Apeiron. It cannot be withdrawn or sent to a bank. The balance is in euros, and paying with it uses the euro price. VAT is charged when you spend it, not when the card is bought.

Gift cards

A gift card is worth €5, €10, €20, €50 or €100. A card for yourself gives you a code, shown under Balance and gift cards in the account menu. A card for a friend goes straight to their balance, and they get a notification. A code works once; anyone who has it can redeem it, so keep it private.

Refunds

You can ask for a refund in one click on the game page within 14 days of buying, if you have played less than:

• 20 % of the time the developer says the game takes, but no more than two hours;
• two hours for endless games and for games without a stated length.

You can take the money to your Apeiron balance, which is instant, or back to your card, which takes five to ten days with the bank. Something bought with the balance goes back to the balance. Refunds to the balance are limited to three a day. Gifts, key activations and items received through a family are not refunded in Apeiron; ask the person who paid.

Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
