This includes — but is not limited to — charts, tickers, quotes, price feeds, news items, articles, analysis, commentary, and indicators published under the Lysicon Quanture (LQ) brand, as well as any market or crypto price data surfaced by ASAI tools.
Read this disclaimer carefully before relying on any such information. By accessing financial or market-related content on the platform, you accept the terms set out below. These features are available only to users aged 16 or older.

1. General Information Only — No Advice
All financial, market, economic, and cryptocurrency content on the platform — including every chart, quote, price feed, news item, article, dataset, indicator, analysis, commentary, and any price or market figure surfaced by AI tools — is provided for general informational and educational purposes only.
Nothing on the platform constitutes, or is intended to constitute:
- investment advice or an investment recommendation;
- financial, accounting, or tax advice;
- legal advice;
- trading, brokerage, or dealing advice; or
- any recommendation, endorsement, or solicitation to buy, sell, hold, or transact in any security, token, cryptocurrency, derivative, currency, commodity, or other financial instrument.
The information is general in nature, is not tailored to your personal circumstances, financial situation, objectives, or risk tolerance, and must not be treated as a substitute for advice from a licensed professional.
2. We Are Not a Regulated Financial Firm

We do not provide personalised investment recommendations, portfolio management, or any regulated investment service. Accessing or using any financial or market content on the platform does not create an advisory, brokerage, agency, or fiduciary relationship between you and APERTURESyndicate OÜ, and we owe you no advisory or fiduciary duty in connection with such content. 3. Data May Be Delayed, Inaccurate, or Incomplete
Financial and market data on the platform may be delayed, inaccurate, incomplete, interrupted, or out of date, and much of it is sourced from or generated by third parties over whom we have no control. We do not independently verify, guarantee, or warrant the accuracy, timeliness, completeness, or fitness for any purpose of any price, quote, chart, figure, news item, or other market information.
Where market or price data is surfaced by AI tools, it is subject to the additional limitations of generative AI: output can be wrong, fabricated, outdated, or misleading. 4. ⚠️ Risk Warning — You Can Lose Money
Investing and trading involve substantial risk. Financial markets — and cryptocurrency markets in particular — are highly volatile and speculative. The value of investments and crypto-assets can fall as well as rise, sharply and without warning, and you may lose some or all of the money you invest.

- Cryptocurrency carries elevated risk — including extreme price volatility, total loss of value, illiquidity, technological and security failures, and limited or absent regulatory protection.
- No outcome is guaranteed. No content on the platform should be read as a promise, projection, or guarantee of any financial result.
- Only risk what you can afford to lose. Never invest or trade with money you cannot afford to lose entirely.
5. Do Your Own Research
You are responsible for evaluating any financial information yourself. Before making any financial, investment, or trading decision, you should conduct your own independent research and due diligence and consult a licensed, qualified professional (such as an authorised financial adviser, accountant, or lawyer) who can take account of your individual circumstances.

6. You Act at Your Own Risk — Limitation of Liability
Any decision you make and any action you take on the basis of financial, market, or crypto content from the platform is made solely at your own risk and discretion.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, APERTURESyndicate OÜ and its officers, employees, and partners disclaim all liability for any loss or damage — including any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or financial loss, lost profits, or lost opportunity — arising out of or in connection with your access to, reliance on, or use of any financial, market, or crypto information on the platform, including content provided by LQ or surfaced by AI tools. Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
7. Lysicon Quanture (LQ) — a brand of ours, not a separate company
Lysicon Quanture (LQ) is a financial-analytics and market-news product that carries its own brand and its own look. It is important not to misread that as a separate legal entity standing between you and us.
To be explicit:
- LQ is operated by APERTURESyndicate OÜ, on our infrastructure, under the same accounts and the same billing as the rest of the platform.
- LQ does not publish separate terms of service or a separate privacy policy. Your relationship is with us, and the APERTURESyndicate Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and this disclaimer govern LQ in full. If you were looking for "the LQ agreement" — this set of documents is it.
- Any statement in an earlier version of this or another document suggesting that responsibility for LQ content "rests with that platform" should not be read as passing our own responsibility to somebody else. There is no somebody else.
What genuinely is third-party is the underlying data and source material: price feeds, market data, wire copy and figures supplied by external providers, listed in Data Processing & Sub-processors. We do not originate that data and cannot verify it, which is what section 3 is about. Publishing it under the LQ brand does not make it advice, does not constitute our endorsement of it, and does not make us a provider of regulated investment services.
8. No Offer or Solicitation
Nothing on the platform constitutes an offer, solicitation, invitation, or inducement to buy, sell, subscribe for, or otherwise deal in any security, token, cryptocurrency, fund, or other financial instrument, nor a prospectus or offering document, in any jurisdiction. No content is directed at any person in any jurisdiction where its publication or availability would be unlawful.

We may update this disclaimer as our features, data sources, partners, or legal obligations change. Material changes will be communicated through the platform, and the "Last updated" date above will always reflect the current version.
