Management Board Change

Last updated: 2026-10-01Since 1 October 2026 APERTURESyndicate OÜ has a single board member. Why, and what it means for users.

Management Board Change

Since 1 October 2026 the management board of APERTURESyndicate OÜ has one member — Andree Nõmm. The previous board member has been removed from the board. At the same time the company's share capital was increased to €307.50 and new articles of association took effect. The changes are entered in the Estonian Commercial Register; current details are in the imprint.

Why

The Syndicate rests on two things: security and stability. People trust us with their accounts, music, messages and payments, and we expect from a board member what we promise our users — predictability and reliability.

With the previous board member that did not work out. We concluded that he does not provide the stability and reliability that running the platform requires. To protect our users and to prevent problems or conflicts in the future, we decided to remove him from the board. The decision is preventive: it was taken before anything could happen, not in response to an incident.

What this means for you

  • Nothing leaked. There was no data incident, and the decision is unrelated to one.
  • Nothing changes. Accounts, subscriptions, purchases, libraries and settings work as before.
  • Your agreements stand. Your agreement is with APERTURESyndicate OÜ, not with board members, so a change on the board does not affect it.
  • Response times are unchanged. Our documents were already written for a company run by very few people; they now say plainly that it is one.
